This shot was taken with a Nikon FM2 and a 24-70mm Sigma lens on Kodak BW400 film and is part of a limited edition of 50 pieces, each printed on "Baryt" paper for highest quality. The print has a white border for use with or without a passepartout, the outlines of the filmstrip remains visible in the print for that analog touch.

The "Hanoi Kid" was photo was taken during a photo journey through Vietnam in 2008.

It is literally one of the first ever street photographs I took, walking around in Vietnam´s capitol of Hanoi, with my analog Nikon FM2. Even though it's a fleeting moment caught in an instant, there is a strong composition to this picture, consisting of a contrast split between shadow and light, with the little kid hovering in between the lines. The rendering and grain of film is visible in the shot and adds to the timeless feel.
